1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Services
We provide professional concrete services including but not limited to concrete driveway installation and repair, concrete patios and walkways, foundations and slabs, concrete footings and retaining walls, concrete repair and resurfacing, stamped and decorative concrete, concrete cutting and removal, and commercial concrete flatwork.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, time, and specific circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services is provided as estimates and may vary based on the actual work required. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins unless it is an emergency situation requiring immediate action.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service fee may apply for returned checks or declined payments.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on labor and materials as specified in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
If you experience any issues with our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the problem. Warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period.
6. Liability
We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to inform us of any known hazards or special conditions that may affect our work.
7. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available 24/7 and may be subject to additional fees. Emergency service rates and terms will be communicated at the time of service request.
8. Property Access
By scheduling our services, you grant us permission to access your property to perform the requested work. You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and clear access to the work area.
9. Permits and Regulations
We will obtain necessary permits for work that requires them. You are responsible for ensuring that any work performed complies with local homeowners association rules or rental agreements.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
